The Shannon Leadership Circle is a seasonal experience for nonprofit leaders seeking reflection, grounded peer connection, and practical support in a demanding season of leadership.
From May through September 2026, participants will engage in five live sessions, monthly coaching pods, guided reflection, and two individual coaching conversations. The program includes in-person convenings in May, June, and September, and virtual sessions in July and August.
