The Shannon Leadership Institute is a six-month experience for leaders across the corporate, public, and social sectors seeking strategic reflection, grounded peer connection, and practical support in a demanding era of leadership.
From January to June 2027, this cross-sector cohort will navigate a rich curriculum featuring six immersive in-person sessions, peer coaching pods, guided reflection, and two individual executive coaching sessions.
